33 Weeks!

How far along? 33 weeks

baby size: 17 in pineapple

baby weight: 4.25 pounds!  estimate

Total weight gain?  29 pounds

Maternity clothes? yes....

Stretch marks? nope not yet that i can see....can't believe it honestly!

Sleep? ehh.... waking up every 2 hours....i guess i am just getting ready for when he arrives!

Best moments of the week? feeling every single kick and movement and seeing most :)  hearing his sweet heartbeat!

Miss anything? sleeping through the night and wearing my engagement/wedding rings :(

Movement? yes!  lots of moving!  He is now head down!

Food Cravings? fruit and  we can add ice cream now!

Anything making you queasy or sick? seafood and raw meat

Gender?  It's a BOY!

Labor Signs? braxton hicks off and on...come on baby boy!!

Symptoms? a few cramps and contractions

Belly buttons in or out? in...pushing it's way to the surface!  ALMOST FLAT

Wedding rings on or off? off..wearing some cheap ones until after delivery :(.....  the heat is really getting to my fingers and toes haha

Happy or moody most of the time? mostly happy and ready finish his room and of course hold him :)

Looking forward to? getting last minute outfits with his name on them!, packing our bag, and hopefully seeing him one last time on ultrasound before we get to see him in person!! ahhh it is getting so much closer!!

Due Date? September 30.....7 weeks give or take left!!!   YAY

I seriously cannot believe that we have made it this far!  Thank you Lord for such awesome blessings!!

the DRESSER :) BEFORE and AFTER

My parents have kept almost everything from when my brother and I were babies!  I have got some clothes of my brothers that Lucian will wear too!

One thing that I wanted was the changing table.  It does have a matching crib but we decided to just take the dresser.

This is the dresser BEFORE....well I had already started getting the decals off.....it was in GREAT shape!

The dresser AFTER!  My hubby is wonderful and worked very hard on this!  I helped just a little but he did pretty much everything!!!

Also, notice the knobs...they match the theme for the room!

Baby Showers

my sister in law painted this for his room!  so cute!

We had 3 baby showers given for us!  WOW what friends and family we have!  It has been hard for some family members to throw us a shower so with their helping that was an even greater gift!!  We love our friends and family!!
The first shower given was on July 15, 2012.  Given by Darren's Sisters and Aunts.

Shower 2 was on July 22, 2012.  Given by my mom, sister in law, aunts and cousins.

Our 3rd shower was on August 5, 2012.  Given by our friends in our sunday school class!  We love our new friends!

Best moments of the week? Just feeling every little move and kick...he is getting big and is so sweet!

Looking forward to? our shower in August!! oh and also painting his dresser that we are redoing!  pictures to come!  We are actually almost done!  can't wait to put up pics of the nursery!
