The move from Ohio to Tennessee

Oh to be closer to home :)

Wow it has been over a week since i have post.  Sorry.  I need to get back on a schedule.  Nothing really big has happened to post on here daily yet lol.

This is from this past weekend.

We went home and I got my favorite foods ever.  I got taco johns, dairy hill, thin mint girl scout cookies, home cooked meals, and Gma's breakfast! Can you say FAT weekend lol.

We got to see our niece Lyla and cousin Zayleigh.  They always make the trip even more fun!

and on the way home we got to see a beautiful sunset!

Goal progress.

Goal 1: lose 20 pounds by end of march!
        > 8 pounds lost. Doubt I will be making my goal lol

Goal 2: read my Bible everyday!
           > Well we are still catching up. Got way behind!

Goal 3: be with child at some point in 2012 :)
          >just praying about it :)  


Goal 4: get an elementary teaching job
         >Looking!...trying to find something to get back into the school system 

Goal 5: get an SUV!
        > hopefully by next year:)

Goal 6: post on my blog 4 times a week! 
       >trying to catch up!

From our new home in Jackson!

Well we are officially moved in! Just got Internet so I will be posting more often. I am getting everything unpacked and cleaning. It seems to be taking forever!

We know where most everything goes just to out it there :)

We have had lots of help and we are so thankful!!

I even had company today! Besides the charter guy, Brandi and Penelope came over to visit and have lunch! It is so pretty outside and warm! I am not used to this weather but love it!!

So exhausted but loving the new house and being close to all our family.

Will have more post from this coming weekend.

Moving=exhaustion but one happy girl!

We are moving this weekend. So very excited but after not really doing anything for a week because I thought we were having a moving company to packing like a crazy person and loading the truck in one long day!
We finally finished. Well mostly everything except the mattresses.

Tomorrow will be a long 8-10 hrs (longer bc of the uhaul).
So ready to be there and be closer to everyone! Hopefully we will have some help there so we can get it done faster and not have sore feet and backs lol.

I'm a very exhausted girl! But happy!

Valentine's Day! 2012

Well this is mine and Darren's 6th valentine together and the first one as a married couple. :)

We don't really do gifts (maybe a card and chocolate) because this day really isn't any different than any other day. He treats me like his valentine every day! He spoils me bad :)

We have been super busy lately so I will try to post as much a possible.

We are trying to get the moving company all figured out so we can get moved and get settled into our new place!

love visits!

Whenever we go home for a weekend we have to make our runs to see as many people as we can.  This time since we were in Jackson, Penelope and Brandi came and saw us and ate lunch.  We then went back to their house to stay the night and get some family time.
Of course Penelope wanted to do floor puzzles.  She loves them and is SO GOOD at them!  Brandi also got down Penelope's cardboard house.  This is us playing in it before we had to leave today.

We also got to visit with some of Darren's family too!  We also got to see Zayleigh!  She is getting so big!  This is Darren's cousins baby girl.  Of course I had to get some pictures and some cuddle time with the little sweetie!

Goal Progress

Goal 1: lose 20 pounds by end of march!
        > 6 pounds lost....now to just keep up working out!

Goal 2: read my Bible everyday!
           > Well we are still catching up!  Reading about Joseph, Jacob (Israel) and Rachel's son.  It's so sad that Joseph's brothers sold him out because they were jealous, but thanks be to God, Joseph was able to interpret dreams with God's help and saved Egypt and Canaan from the famine!  WOW!  Just like God :)
